I've never been here in about twenty years of visiting GS, so we ran in one evening after meeting some friends on the public beach. After an hour and 45 minutes, including walking up to check how much longer our order would take, we finally walked out. I saw waitresses waiting way too many tables, bussing their own tables, essentially WAY understaffed. The employees were friendly, but I've never had such an awful experience at a restaurant. The people behind us got there shortly after we did. They got one person's order, but when we left they had yet to get the other part of their order or their appetizer. The girl waiting on us was sweet, but mouthed as we were walking out that she was going to have to pay for our food. I hate that, but I think she should take it up with management, not the customers

Please note I went to eat, not drink so this review is for the food only. I was in Gulf Shore's for the Hangout Music Fest and this was sitting right next to on of the main entrances to the event. We were starving and wanted more than Corn Dogs and Pizza (AKA Festival Food) so we hit this place and it did not disappoint. We both ordered the fried shrimp basket and it was so good! Our server told us that we definitely would be able to split it but we thought we were way to hungry to split anything. She was right. The portions were overly generous. Each basket was over flowing with fries, 4 hush-puppies and almost a dozen shrimp. The shrimp were large, fresh and well seasoned as were the fries. Everything was hot and the sever was pleasant and attentive. The prices were reasonable, however, I live in DC so 14.99 for a shrimp basket that boast fresh shrimp and generous portions is almost cheap by DC standards. I heard from another festival goer that the Open Mic was packed and a ton of fun. We went during the day during lunch. It was pretty much empty. As Suzanne P. said "there's nothing fancy about the Pink Pony Pub". It is a really chill spot near the water that you won't feel bad about rolling into all sandy and damp from a day at the beach. Loved it!

Came here for dinner, drinks and to be outside. There's nothing fancy about the Pink Pony Pub. Actually, it's kind of trashy. But in the best possible way. We drank cold beers, shared nachos that were served on a plate the size of a large pizza (seriously) and enjoyed the sunny day. Oh, PS the bathrooms are disgusting and wouldn't be worth the $10 charge to use them if you're not a patron.

Worst service if you're not 21 and older. Just trying to order food and the waiters and waitresses are very rude and un friendly

The fish po boy was good but service was slow and inattentive. Took a long time to get refills, food, the bill etc..

Just about the oldest bar on the beach.... Not where to go for fine dining but if you want to have fun, drinks and good times at a great location go. Best place to watch people try to sing...some of the are great..some like me...need to stay away from the microphone but that adds to the fun. People that rate this low must bnot know what the Pony is...its a bar.

Very bad service. Our waitress struggled through taking our table's order, it was clear she was not experienced. This is understandable, but there should have been someone else helping her. After taking our order, 15 minutes went by without us getting waters or have anyone check on us. We decided to leave and cancelled our order.

Worst dining experience ever. Took ten minutes to get out margaritas and they came in foam cups. Then after waiting twenty minutes only to find out it was gonna take 40 minutes more to get the two appetizers we ordered. Then we asked for plates once we finally got our food and they said they were all dirty and asked if we wanted baskets. People next to is left without paying and the other table next to us were waiting for a land shark for 30 minutes. We ordered a landshark after 20 mins we cancelled and got our tab and left without tipping.

I was super excited about trying this place. Any bar/restaurant on the beach is my heaven! It's 4th of July weekend, so yes, it is a little busy. But considering I sat for 10 minutes without a menu or anyone checking on me, we finally flagged someone down for service. Joe, who is an awesome server and I don't blame him, was more than helpful in getting our order taken and drinks to us. However, once we put our order in, 45 minutes later and still no food. I ordered a small appetizer and a fried shrimp basket to share. Two things! After over an hour of waiting, I finally decided to up and leave. Oh and to add to that, the people who sat behind us 30 minutes after we arrived received their to-go order in 15 minutes. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! The food sounded delicious, drink selection is on point, but they have no system in getting orders taken or getting food out. Get a system with your employees, and MAYBE you won't have negative reviews on your customer service. I'll be going next door to Hangout. Waist of my time..

My friend and I were looking for a little hole in the wall spot on the beach, and the Pink Pony seemed like the perfect place to satisfy that. We sat outside, where we waited for 20 minutes to be acknowledged by anyone. Finally the most miserable looking girl in south Alabama came over and asked us what we wanted to drink. Nearly 10 minutes later, a guy brought our very time consuming drink order...2 waters. I ordered an appetizer of fried green tomatoes....FORTY minutes later I'm brought 5 slices of the greasiest fried green tomatoes ever cooked. 5 slices....for $8. Seriously?? I tried to order off the "dinner speacials" portion of the menu. It says you can only order from that after 5:00 PM. It was 4:35, and the people in the kitchen wouldn't allow me to order "that early." I should have just left then because it only went downhill. After about an hour, our meal finally came. Our server apologized for it taking so long. "We had a huge table inside, before your order." ....That huge table was a party of six. Come on, the food took forever okay, fine. Thanks for apologizing but I would have taken it seriously without the lame excuse. My friend ordered a burger and fries. It was your typical burger and fries...decent and hard to mess up. I ordered fish and chips. You know what I got? ONE PIECE OF FISH. Yes, just one. For $16. Is that a joke? The fish was actually pretty good, but certainly not worth the money..and who the hell eats one piece of fish? I complained to our server and he said "Yeah....it's just one piece of fish." No shit. I failed to mention that earlier when I ordered, I asked to substitute my coleslaw for green beans. But they wouldn't do that because they are ridiculously cheap. They gave me more fries instead. I wish I had have talked to a manager becuase the employees obviously don't care about anything. But nobody in this place got in a hurry and after waiting to pay for 20 minutes I just wanted to GTFO. Overall: basically worst service ever and WAY overpriced.

I love this place. Great hole in the wall with a surprisingly large and good menu for such a place. I expected a few fried bar foods, but it has much more. It's located right on the beach so it's very convenient for lunch/drinks.

Terrible food and terrible service. The best dish that anyone in our group had was the nachos - but they actually ran out of salsa! Was there with three other families and watched two other groups give up after waiting so long. Go next door to the Hangout instead.

went there several times on our trip..enjoyed the nice view of the beach from their balcony..one night we went we had great service and another night we got a different waitress and she was not very good..but overall we had a good time there..one night they had karaoke and the place got packed..it was fun to watch! the food was good..got crab cakes one night and tried some of the chicken tenders and another night i got the grilled shrimp..everyone i went with enjoyed their food..the drinks were decent priced depending on what beer you got..the place was very lively..had music playing..first we stopped at sea and suds and that place was very quiet and lame so we left to check this place out instead..glad we did

We stopped in to find a basketball game that wasn't being shown on tv in our condo-- our waiter, Kevin, was super helpful finding the right channel on DirecTv for us. We ordered a couple drinks, and some apps. I had the Buffalo wings which I was dubious about when they arrived because the sauce was in a separate container, but they turned out to be excellent! Fried to perfection and the Buffalo sauce was delish. The bf had the fried gator which he loved as well. Karaoke started so we had to move to finish watching the game, then that tv too was taken up by karaoke so we missed the end of the game, which was kind of a bummer but understandable as it was a Saturday night. Will be back for wings!

This place seemed to be a locals hole in the wall. The service was absolutely horrible. Took forever to get our drinks which was 2 waters and 2 bottled beers. Once we ordered it didn't improve. My raw oysters were ok but hard to mess those up. My friend ordered there oyster Rockefeller and they brought him the jalapeno oysters and waiter refused to get him the correct thing until we asked for the manager. He gave my wife an eat shit and die look just because we wanted what we ordered. DO NOT GO HERE. Unless you like sub par food and shitty service.

Great little patio overlooking the beach, perfect backdrop for a plate full of oysters. Service staff is very friendly. and if you really wanna have some fun, come back later at night and Karaoke! was a fun time, we'll definitely be back.

Got here on a Friday night with tables open. Ordered and got food 1:20 minutes later. The oysters smelled and were pitifully small.

Bright pink and right on the beach. Kind of a dive, and that is ok with me. No draft beer, which is not ok. A little pricey for the venue, but it has a big list of fu-fu drinks and they were pretty good. It was a short walk to our rented condo, so all in all it fit the bill.

This is perfectly located on the boardwalk! The floor to ceiling windows are perfect to watch the surf! Loved the nachos!!! We had chicken and beef. Kevin, our server made this a fun place to be!

What's not to like about a bar called Pink Pony Pub? It's a brick mortar type building, on stilts, on the beach, and it's painted bright pink? Is the service the best? Nah... but if it gets bad, be quiet, have another beer, and buy a PPP T-Shirt so you can have a memory. PPP has been a staple on the beach for many years. I've gone to dinner here, gone to meet friends here, walked up to it from the beach, with just a swimsuit on, and always felt at home. It's definitely divey, casual, and loud... and that's some of the charm of it.

    (4)
  • Shannon S.

It's pink and its on the beach what else could it be but the Pink Pony Pub! I've been going here for years and the main thing to do here is go early, drink a few beers and enjoy the scenery of the beach along with the eye candy inside the pub before heading to Flora-Bama. The eye candy is the main draw of this place as they generally have good looking girls working here. They have bands here later in the night and sometimes this place draws a good crowd and I've had some fun times in here but generally I end up having a lot better time at Flora-Bama.

Okay, the Pink Pony Pub sits a bit back from the water and has a great beach view and a nice breeze. That is where the good part of this review ends. We were walking on the beach around 9 p.m and decided to stop for a drink. We walked around through the front entrance (inside was about 60% seated) and choose a picnic table on the deck. We got one of the last four tables and the hostess/waitress gave us some menus and said she would be right back. 30 minutes later we still had not ordered drinks. Another waitress came over and apologized for the delay saying "she has some things to finish up inside". I ordered a double mailbu and diet and my fiance ordered a bacardi and coke. Another 30 minutes passed and we finally received the weakest drinks we had ever been served, no exaggeration. After drinking our cokes with a splash of rum, we asked for our bill. When we finally got it, ($16, 2 drinks) we informed our waitress the reason we were leaving was because of the lack of liquor in the drinks. Her response? "Yea, we get that a lot. Alabama has lower alcohol limits, so it's going to be like that everywhere." Really? That's fine if you want to serve less alcohol, but don't charge me $10 for a double with less than 1 ounce of rum. Poor service and weak drinks? Bad combination.

Any place you can get Cajun nachos you should try. Plus Land Shark and Blue Moon. Better for a quick break from the ocean than a lunch.

This seems to be THE place to hang out at the beach! My BF grew up in this area and had fond memories of this place. It's easy to see why. The service was friendly and food was decent and not badly priced. I'm excited to make it a regular stop on our trips down to Gulf Shores.

  • Lily N.

We got there just after opening and were seated out on the patio overlooking the beach. Quick and cold beers (including a Truck Stop, made in Gadsen, AL and quite tasty) were followed by a MASSIVE plate of seafood nachos. Not super-seafood-y, though the shrimp & crawfish were plentiful, but it was tasty and cheesy good. We had a lovely waitress and spent a nice hour enjoying nachos and cold beer watching the parasailers and beach folk.

Love this place! Go every time I get to Gulf Shores, which up until a few years ago was for the past 20 years or so. I love their sourdough cheeseburger. Sadly, because I am not down there enough, I can't get past the sourdough cheeseburger to order anything else. So I enjoy it with a margarita. I usually try to sit on the patio which faces the beach and watch everyone. I have sat inside though, which is fine, too. Waitstaff is something I've never had a problem with, but has sometimes been slower than others... Obviously depending on how busy they are (I.e. the time of year we go is to go the beach). At night they sometimes have a live band... So up until a certain hour, the under 21 crowd is more than welcome. As for the decor, it's nothing special. Pretty plain, but nothing I'm concerned with, as I am not there for the interior design. Come as you are- you see a lot of ppl in bathing suits and cover ups, so don't get all dressy!!

never tried it and never will! literally sitting here 50 ft away. got a menu fromThe Hangout next door, went to get one from Pink. walked in, kinda divy, asked for menu while literally holding Hangout menu in my hand. the guy said "i can show you one and if you don't remember you can google from your phone" SRSLY!?!?? I said 'I'm at the beach with a group I need a menu or we'll just go with them". he just stood there looking at me. "ok we'll get Hangout". there were TWO tables seated Lol! I guess they don't care - at this point I'm handing put money so if you can't hand over a menu for 10 minutes WOW shabby shack must be doing ok without the $200 we just spent at the Hangout! no stars for you!!!! FYI this beach Rocks! no skin off nose til I start to peel Lol!!! shoot - apparently can't post without a star!?!? whatever...

Fun place to hangout on the beach. Drinks are pricey... but you are on the beach so what do you expect?? Fun signature drinks, cute pink pony mugs to take home & if you are a Colt's fan order the iceberg martini. It comes with a blue light up ice cube with a white horseshoe on it!! Server was sweet but a little slow, karaoke was a lot of fun!!!

  • Leslie H.

Great view from the deck - overlooking the public beach. We went on a Thursday night around 7pm. It wasn't crowded at all when we got there. We ordered gator bites for an appetizer (which we thought were pretty pricey). They were good, but they came out after our food. This was our last stop after a week in Gulf Shores and eating a lot of seafood, so it was time for a burger for me. I had the sourdough burger, which was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The fries were great, too! My husband had the blackened fish poboy and enjoyed that as well. We both ordered drinks: a margarita and a pina colada - both decent, but not something that left us raving about the drinks. We only had one issue with the service and that was when a large party was seated that demanded our server's attention. We didn't see him again for quite a while. Overall, I'd go back for a decent meal and a gorgeous view.

Making some reviews from our vacation. Went to the pink pony while down in Gulf Shores. It was pretty good! Service was a little slow at first and one of the waiters was a little sassy but I don't think he meant to be rude. I ordered a craft beer and their nachos. Do not order them alone! They are enormous and pretty tasty. Craft beer was also very tasty. The guys ate burger and said they were also good but nothing spectacular.

This place is the oldest standing place on the beach...I've been coming since 1960! Good beer, good boiled shrimp, great nachos. ..only disappointment was the green salad which was all iceberg lettuce. Gumbo 8s respectable also, though a little too tomato to be the traditional dish. Right on the beach, so you can't beat the view or the breeze!

  • Sonny J S.

Let me start by saying that the food here is good. Atmosphere is good. Music was fantastic. The service was absolutely horrible, there were 3 servers for about 60 or so people. We literally had to go to the bar and order our food and drinks. When I asked the bartender for a manager, her response was that the manager wasn't in today, and she apologized for the service but that the manager had not scheduled enough people for the day. I will say that the servers were extremely nice. Bottom line is that whoever the manager is needs to be replaced with someone that knows a thing or two about the food service industry.

Awesome crab cakes & gumbo...enjoyed cheaper drinks here during the hangout festival, and enjoyed the back patio area next to the surf stage

Some people just dont know what a good dive bar is. Its not fine dining people. Anyway i stop here every year when im in town for the Hangout Fest. I always have a great time and Dallas along with other guy with the locks where awesome. Very friendly and i will continue to hangout here when im in town.

One of the oldest places on the public beach area to grab a drink, eat and enjoy the view. If your looking to be pampered and food fit for a king well its not your place so dont exspect it. Ill give the food a 7 out of 10 and the mixed drinks a 9 out of 10. They do have live entertainment at times. Its my opinion that its not really a kid friendly atmosphere and its not your quiet dining atmosphere some people look for. I like the place mainly because its one place that really hasnt changed since I was a teen and we used to circle the old original hangout years ago.

  • Jamie W.

Excellent service...Joe went above and beyond to accommodate us... I had the piña colada and my husband had a Bushwacker... Both were good.... I ended up having potato skins which were also good!! Great views of the Dolphins were a pleasant surprise!!! Would recommend!!!

We did not eat here, just drank. Inside atmosphere kinda sucks so we moved outside. Pretty cool view of the beach from the back patio. The staff tries hard, which goes a long way in my book but not too bright. Did it, been there, not going back.

Let me say first off that I was here to drink, and drink I did. In town for a week on Spring break, we headed to the Pink Pony after learning that there were almost no other options for bars in the area. At least bars in the area that would be frequented by fellow spring breakers. The Pink Pony is located conveniently right next to the large tourist bar/restaurant The Hangout. Stand out by its self, wedged between The Hangout and a massive condo, the Pink Pony seemed to be a bit Divey. The place was packed, full of drunk college kids all from out of town on Spring break. Being from a college town, I have been to quite a few bars similar to this one, and have to say it didn't really top my list of college bars. I enjoyed the neon theme the place had, in line with their name The Pink Pony. There seemed to almost be too many tables in the place, as they kept getting in the way, and made it extremely difficult to get from one side of the bar to the other, and even in getting over to the bar. The prices were pretty standard, no qualms there. The bartenders on the other hand didnt really seem to want to be there. I myself ordered beer the whole night, but some of my friends ordered mix drinks that I heard weren't done very well. Nothing worse than paying $7 for a double whiskey sour, and having it taste like lemonade. A couple times, I saw the bartenders giving some of the customers an attitude, and getting into small but heated arguments. The place definitely struck me as a townie bar, where the employees aren't used to having to deal with drunk and annoying college kids. The highlight of the place was the stage used for karaoke. The set up was pretty professional, and when on stage, you definitely felt like you were putting on a show. It was awesome to be in an environment where the music consisted of bar anthems the entire night. I sang my fair share of wagon wheel, living on a prayer and the like. We stayed at the place until we were finally kicked out around 1:45 as the bar was closing. I really enjoyed my time there, however I feel like it had more to do with the people I was with than the bar itself. In sum, the bathrooms were pretty trashy, the bar was kinda small, the bartenders weren't top notch but not too bad. In all, I give it a 3. If you need a drink, why not? I wouldn't go out of my way to go though.

My wife and I stopped in on a recommendation; however, after waiting over 20 minutes for our drinks to not be delivered we chose to leave. The food looked decent, but not good enough to make up for the poor service. I can certainly appreciate a server being busy, but with only 4-5 tables a piece and no one drinking heavily there was no excuse.

Very slow service, way too bright! Not living up to their website! Sounded very inviting and fun, was not amused at all!

My sister and I wandered over here after spending too much per beer at the place next door. The beer was a dollar cheaper! The place was packed and the bar tenders were on point! Great job! Didn't have to wait for drinks. We didn't order food so I can't say anything about that. The karaoke DJ was quite entertaining, our favorite part of the night was when he and a bus boy did a duet with synchronized dancing included. We had a great time! Taking one star due to the bathrooms, not very clean and had to be 20 degrees warmer in there than the rest of the establishment!

The initial draw for our dining here was the name - at first glance we thought it was a strip club, (could you imagine a strip club on the beach - yikes!) but alas no it's a sports bar. It's probably one of the most closely located restaurants to the beach - it's right on the boardwalk, and since we were in Gulf Shores for Hangout Fest - the patio gave a great view of the Chevrolet main stage. The restaurant boasted the best nachos on the beach - and after the previous day's epic fail with Jalapenos, we were in the mood for some Tex-Mex goodness. When we inquired about the size of the nachos, our waitress wholeheartedly replied that the nachos entree (chicken ot beef; $15) was more than enough for two people - and it certainly was. They were huge, there was definetely no way we could've ordered anything else and been able to touch it in the same sitting We chose the chicken nachos, which came topped with shredded chicken, melted cheese, jalapenos, onions, with sour cream and salsa on the side. Overall, it was fairly decent - I've had better, I've had worse. I felt the chicken was a bit on the bland side, and that the nachos would've benefited from more toppings. The service was great however, our waitress was very sweet and attentive - and I appreciated her telling us that we probably shouldn't order any more food with the nachos - others probably wouldn't have!

Poor service. Over priced food. Tried to peddle 6 regular shrimp as royal reds for $13.00. We left. Great place to get a drink with a beach view but not for lunch or dinner.

This is a terrible indoor bar. Lights on bright and a very strange crowd with karaoke late into the night. But the catch is they have awesome drinks and the patio is right on the water and lit appropriately. Get the piña colada w a 151 floater. Perfect. We went twice.

    (4)
  • Joe D.

Well, maybe a 3 for being so user friendly from the beach. The food was mediocre and the pina colada missed the mark on alcohol content! The famous nachos were a huge plate of nachos with beef, cheese and sour cream. Nothing special and way too large and the $17.95 price...please nachos...for that price? The pony burger tasted like a frozen burger on a so so bun. Nothing special to this place other than it is on the beach and easy to access to fill the belly.

I was here during the Hangout Music Fest 2015. Good food and beverages. I like the decor and the location is perfect - right on the white sands of Gulf Shores AL. There is outside seating available. Atmosphere casual- I suspect it always is since it is a beach joint. Go have fun and enjoy a bushwhacker with a floater!

We went on Sunday May 24 and service was terrible. We sat outside on the deck in a small corner table, just 2 of us. After about 10 minutes of no one whatsoever coming over to say hey or give us menus, we went over to a server and asked for some help. A girl snapped "we're on rotation." Okay...well, can you rotate yourself over to at least say hello and that you'll be right with us? It's not asking a whole lot to be acknowledged in a reasonable amount of time. Many many many more minutes went by and we had to go flag a bus boy down for some menus. The deck was not full. There were empty tables. There were people who were sat after us receiving drinks and food. So... really not sure what the deal was. Finally our gal came over and took our drink order then rushed off rather strangely. We only ordered a strawberry daiquiri and a water. She was gone again FOREVER. When she returned with my daiquiri and we placed our tiny food order (just the loaded potato skins) she said she'd need a credit card on file to hold order. What? What kind of restaurant is this? We just walked up from the beach in our swimsuits? We have soggy cash. We don't have a credit card with us right now. I don't take such things to the beach??????? I told her she could happily go ahead and ring up our order and I would pay before the food arrived. I mean, what the heck? Am I going to go run off with a styrofoam daiquiri? She never brought the check though. The daiquiri had NO alcohol in it. Not a drop. I'm no lush but you know when your drink has booze in it. When I questioned her she assured me oh yes, there's a shot of rum. Nope. Not buying it!!! It was a delicious frozen treat but there was no alcohol in that thing. No smell. No taste of booze. Once our food arrived she finally explained that some hooligans had ran up a $200 tab and ran off without paying. Dined and dashed. The police were there and she was dealing with that. Had she been up front in the beginning perhaps our time may have been different. I still don't understand why none of the other servers bothered to help her out and greet us or bring us menus. That is really lousy team work and crappy service on the restaurant. I don't think I'd bother going back because clearly they don't care. The skins were good. The drink was good but there was no alcohol so I felt swindled. Not a good experience! And WAY too time consuming. We went for a quick snack and it turned into this excruciatingly long endeavor.

A little bar right on what they call a boardwalk. It has a deck outside and karaoke inside. It reminded me of a local bar in the country in some small town. I like those kinds of bars and everyone was friendly. The service was quick and the beers were cheap. We will be stopping back.

Location/atmosphere - 5/5. Right on the beach in the middle of the spring break action. Karaoke every night. Lots of potential for fun. Service - 2.5/5. Despite lots of staff in pink shirts, our waitress seemed to be M.I.A most of the time. The bus boy (food runner?) was nice, attentive, and helped pick up the slack. Food - 3/5. About what you would expect from a tiny beach bar. Slightly overpriced. Not a whole lot of options. Not terrible, but nothing to write home about.

ALERT! I don't care for seafood. I'm here for the benefit of others in my group. I seen sirloin steak on the menu for 24$ and assumed it would be a good steak. Bad assumption on my part. It was seriously about a quarter inch cut. I ordered med rare and there was no pink. The salad was the core of an ice berg lettuce with two cherry tomatoes and parm cheese. The burger would been much more appropriate. The seafood eaters were much happier. The server was new but very nice.

Can't go to Gulf Shores without stopping in at the Pink Pony. It was nice and cool after coming in from the heat while visiting vendors' tents at Shrimp Festival. The beer was ice cold and our server Joey was great!

This cute little place is located in the heart of the Gulf Shores, right on the beach. Established in 1956, they may not have updated the decor since...lol! But that doesn't matter given the friendly waitress, great local beer, and yummy humongous nachos...try em! They were the Best Cajun nachos ever!

This place has no interior ambiance; however, it's got a view to die for and a great location. to look out over the gulf while you guzzle your beer, there is no better moment in life, well some, but not many. Service.................this is where there flawed and not. We had a great bartender, great southern charm; however, she couldn't get an order right to save her life. We ordered the seafood nacho's as I had heard that there outstanding. She even repeated the order of seafood nacho's. Well when they arrived from the kitchen, they were the beef nachos. Yes, our bartender attempted to do the right thing and said she'd send it back, but we were hungry and took them. The beef nacho's are filling, very filling, I think that the Pink Pony has excellent pub fare, but cannot be compared to fine dining. If our lovely bartender got it right then four stars, she was nice, but someone lets get it right!

Server was nice but not trained. Manager was rude and claimed the bugs in my calamari is normal in this area. Location nice. Operation sucks. I'm an executive in hospitality and former chef. Don't go there.

Margarita was weak and sour. Our server was nice, but didn't offer to remake when I commented it was really sour, and said he'd mention to the bartender so he could make a change on the next one. Unfortunately for them, the next one will be down the beach!
